ACE Cash Express’ annual fundraising event, the Give A Little Campaign, this year raised $41,195 for The Coalition Against Pediatric Pain (TCAPP), an organization dedicated to improving quality of life for children living with chronic pain.
“The generosity of our employees and customers is remarkable,” said Eric Norrington, Senior Vice President of Public Affairs at ACE Cash Express. “Thanks to their passion for giving back to the community, we’re able to support organizations making a real difference in people’s lives, like TCAPP.”
The Give A Little Campaign is a national in-store fundraiser that benefits charities that are chosen by ACE employees which help children, support education and promote financial literacy. TCAPP was founded by families of children who are affected by chronic neuropathic pain disease, and aims to bring resources and support to affected families. ACE’s donation helps TCAPP fulfill their mission to provide educational programs, support research into chronic pediatric pain, and this year helped send 66 children to summer camp at The Center for Courageous Kids.
“ACE Cash Express has changed the lives of many children and their families forever, due to their employees’ and customers’ generosity and kindness,” said Sue Pinkham, Board Member of The Coalition Against Pediatric Pain. “We are so grateful for ACE Cash Express’ confidence in our programs to help children living in pain and their families.”
Nationally, the 2017 Give A Little Campaign raised more than $248,000 for charities across the country including AdoptAClassroom.org, Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, Autism Speaks, Back on My Feet, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Club and National Down Syndrome Society. This fundraiser is a part of ACE’s charitable-giving program, the ACE Community Fund, which has donated more than $11 million to organizations across the nation since its inception in 2004.
