As part of the ACE Community Fund, the annual Give A Little Campaign raises money for local charities. Examples of charities that have benefited in the past include AdoptAClassroom.org, Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, Autism Speaks, Feeding America’s Local Food Banks, Feed My Starving Children, and Homes For Our Troops. The ACE work environment is centered on customer engagement. Our employees are comfortable working independently and driving their own results. Our employees may need to work flexible schedules, including Saturdays and some holidays, depending on store hours and location. All locations are closed on Sunday. Hours may vary, but typically range from 6-, 8-, or 11-hour (open to close) shifts.

We’re looking for associates who have an entrepreneurial spirit and can work independently. Building trust with customers is a top priority, so you will need to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with their challenges, all with the intent of providing exceptional service. Associates will need to understand the diverse range of financial products and services ACE offers and demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with standards and regulations. It is beneficial to have two or more years of retail experience, and proficiency in Spanish is beneficial in most of our markets.

We value continuous learning and development for employees, and there are opportunities for promotion from within at ACE. This includes providing training and encouraging our associates to pursue available opportunities for advancement.

Our associates are a big part of how ACE provides appropriate financial solutions to customers based on their circumstances and what they need. Understanding ACE’s product and service offerings, listening and empathizing with the customer, and communicating effectively are all part of the great customer service our associates deliver. Making all customer interactions as transparent, thorough, and positive as possible is what helps us drive sales and generate repeat business.
